How much are the shipping costs?

We ship free of charge within Germany.

EU orders are free for orders over 50€, otherwise shipping costs 4.90€.

For all other countries, shipping is free for orders over 80€. Otherwise, shipping costs 12.90€.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time in Germany is usually 1-2 working days. In EU countries 3-7 working days.

To the remaining countries 3-15 working days. How long shipping to these countries takes also depends on any processing time at the local customs authorities. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this!

Is there tracking for orders?

A shipment tracking is created automatically.

How can I return my order?

The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. That's why you have 14 days to return your order to us without giving a reason.

All returns must be agreed with customer support (hello@portakalatelier.de) . For this reason, no return form is included with your order. The goods must be unused and undamaged ! After we have contacted you, you will receive the exact address where the goods should be returned.

Please note that you as a customer must bear the full shipping costs for the return , as we, as a small family business, cannot yet offer this option. Thank you for your understanding🌷

What can I do if an order is complained about?

Complaints are annoying for everyone involved, but unfortunately they are unavoidable. To ensure a quick and stress-free process, we have defined a clear procedure.

Complaints can be submitted to our customer support via email (hello@badaze.com).

A legitimate reason for complaint is generally a clear manufacturing or processing defect . In such a case, please send us pictures of the defect.
